2013-14 Athletic Season
To participate on any teams at Antelope High School, either in the summer or during the school year, the student-athlete must complete the paperwork located inside of the Athletic Handbook. This paperwork must be turned in before participation will be allowed. All forms in the handbook must be completed.
Athletic Packets will be available in the front office and on the school website beginning May 15, 2013. Physicals must be completed and dated by the physician after May 23rd in order to be valid for the 2013-2014 athletic school year, but before the athlete steps out onto the fields, courts or decks. Unfortunately, there will not be any physicals on the Antelope campus at this time.
Information about schoolwide physicals at Wellnessmart locations will be provided in the athletic handbook. Appointments can be scheduled at the Roseville/Sacramento Wellnessmart locations on May 28, 29, 30, 31, June 1, 2, 3 and 4. The cost is $35 and $10 will be given back to AnHS Athletic Department. You must take the current 2013-2014 Athletic Packet with you to your appointment.
All completed forms in the athletic handbook must be completed and turned in to the front office no later than 2:30 on June 4, 2013. If you will be participating in a summer program here at Antelope, your paperwork must be turned in before you start the summer program. You can turn it in to Mrs. Huntington in the front office. Coaches will not accept this paperwork. If you are trying out for a sport that does not have summer workouts then you can bring in your completed packet when you come back to school to pick up your schedule in August or anytime after school begins in August.
